Jenny Mosley has, over the past eighteen years, developed her highly successful school and classroom management modles based upon a background of teaching experience, research and collaboration between the consultancy, local education authorities and schools. Jenny’s key model, Quality Circle Time (QCT), encompasses a whole-school approach to enhancing self-esteem and building positive relationships within school communities.

Jenny has unlocked the key to behaviour management with her Golden Time system of positive behaviour management, which is used by schools up and down the country to provide a focus for children’s incentives and a school community celebration of children.

Jenny is author and co-author of many uplifting and practical texts, including the best-selling “Turn Your School Round”, “Quality Circle Time in the Primary Classroom” and “More Quality Circle Time”.
